WOODLAND SANCTUARY
This client purchased a special but unrealized large woodland property and hired us to enhance the property regarding access, use, and beauty. When we were hired, the property had extensive but minimally accessible woodland areas which were choked with invasive species. There was a beautiful home with a simple and unoptimized primary landscape.
We have and continue to work with them to enhance their outdoor experience and landscape. We have worked with them for many years on many landscape enhancements:
WOODLAND MANAGEMENT
Completed woodland management with selective vegetation management, invasive vegetation removal, and custom paths and access roads, enhancing beauty and accessibility.
SITE WORK
Completed earthworks for building and pool excavations, grading, and utility installation (water, gas, electric). Drainage and water catchment systems ensure sustainability and proper land management.
HARDSCAPES
Features include a custom firepit, steps, retaining walls, patio, outdoor kitchen, gardens with irrigation, ornamental boulders, arbor, paths, edible plantings, and mulcher for enhanced function and beauty.
UNIQUE ADDITIONS
Included a chicken run, mushroom production area, and a sandbox, adding unique functional and recreational features to the property.
LAWN SERVICES
Renovated and maintained the lawn, ensuring a lush, healthy landscape year-round.
We look forward to creating more beauty through our continued relationship.
VIDEO TESTIMONIAL TRANSCRIPT
"Before we started working with Annisquam Landcare we had a vision, but we didn't have the partners in place that could lend a depth of knowledge and a consistency of practical care to our land. And now, with Annisquam, our vision has become reality.
Because of their depth of knowledge, their creativity, their flexibility, their collaboration, and their excellent staff who—they can do everything from pulling poison ivy, to pulling buckthorn, to cutting trails, to preparing planting areas, to sourcing the materials that we want to plant, having those plants be native, good for the environment, and good for us"
